How can I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

If you have only just placed your order and it has not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel it through your order confirmation. Customers have a 15-minute window to update or cancel their order.

If you need to update your shipping details after this window and your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct information. Please contact our Customer Happiness team as soon as possible so we can assist.

If your order has already shipped out we’re unable to cancel it for you. You can always return your items back to us once they’ve arrived if you no longer want them. Just head to our returns portal for more info and to book your return.
