Once you have placed your order, you will have 15 minutes to edit or cancel it. This includes adding or removing items, changing the shipping address, or applying discount codes. After this 15-minute window, your order will be sent to our warehouse team for processing and dispatch.
If you wish to update or change your shipping details after this time and your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct information.
As time is critical, please contact our Customer Happiness team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
