If you have only just placed your order and it has not yet shipped, you may be able to change this through your order confirmation. Customers have a 15-minute window to update or cancel their order.
If you need to update your shipping details after this window and your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update this with the correct details. Please contact our Customer Happiness team as soon as possible so we can assist.
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes as it’s now in the hands of the courier. You need to contact the courier (found on your tracking) and update your address with them.
