What is your Returns Policy?Updated a month ago

We know returns can be a hassle, so we’ve made the process as simple as possible.

Customers can return orders for 100% store credit, or for a refund (to original payment method) within 14 calendar days of delivery. All returns must be booked through our Returns Portal.

*Orders paid with full store credit will be refunded as store credit.


Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unstained
  • With all tags attached
  • Footwear in original box
  • Wedding gowns with QC ribbon attached and in original packaging


What Can’t Be Returned

  • Cosmetics / Beauty products
  • Hair accessories
  • Hosiery
  • Hats
  • Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Swimwear without a hygiene seal
  • Items marked ‘Final Sale’ (unless faulty)
  • Adult toys


Return Shipping Costs

EU

  • Refund and Store Credit: €15.95 return shipping fee, payable in the Returns Portal

Please kindly note that, sadly, Norway return postage is not prepaid at this time. You’ll need to pay for return shipping at your local post office to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 


UK

Return Shipping Costs

  • Refund and Store Credit: £8.35 return shipping fee


Processing Time

  • Returns processed within 10 business days of reaching our warehouse
    (Allow an additional 3 days during busy periods)
  • Store credit is applied immediately once processed by our team
  • Refunds appear in your bank within 2–5 business days of your return being processed

Note: Orders paid with store credit will be refunded as store credit.
